Shipping Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

 Due to Covid-19, many of our shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive. The health and safety of our customers and teams is our #1 priority and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ship your order. If anything about your experience is not what you expected, please email our customer service info@thebobin.com

 

 Estimated shipping costs will depend on your location in the United States. Basic shipping will take about 4 - 9 business days. All orders placed after 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, will be shipped out on the next business day. Occasionally, there may be delays due to peak shipping periods or promotions, but we'll try our best to get your orders out as soon as possible.

 Any purchases made on the bobin LLC website are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Your packing slip provides a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail. Any products returned must NOT have been washed, worn or tampered with. All original tags and packaging must be included in order for a return to be accepted.
